The brightness was different because the image file had been altered that way. We still provided image correction on the new print, however there isnt much we can do in this case.

Delivery then ended up coming only 1 day late rather than 2 or 3 days late as expected.

I had to restart the order 3 times because an error occurred and I couldn't get the link to access the 'saved' orders because your office was closed, so I had to start all over again each time! Very painful! Also, the 'temperature' discount was 36% when I first started the order in the middle of the day, and by the time I finally finished (my 3rd attempt) the discount was only 30%. However I made mention of this when I placed the order and you honoured the 36% discount which was good.

We were disappointed with the packaging as it didn't protect the print well enough. While I know this is likely because it has been on and off the couriers truck many times it still would have been better if it was packed with more protection. We are now going to be giving a damaged print to our parents for Christmas :(

2. previous canvas I had done by you had cardboard corners to protect corners of the canvas. Would be good to use the heavy plastic corner protectors that are used with furniture. I appreciate there is a cost in doing that but it wouldn't be more than a couple of dollars and may prevent damage.
