| Please provide comments regarding your above answer: | | First of all, I am pretty happy with my approx. 200x90cm canvas, especially after I stretched it on a frame. But, there were a couple of problems: 1) One of the short edges of the canvas was all rippled and wrinkled. I am not entirely sure how this happend but it looks to me it was printed on the last bit of canvas on the roll. It could also have been caused by the way it was put in the cardboard tube. Having the canvas lying flat with some weight on the wrinkled area didn't fix it. In the end I wrapped the area around the frame but still ended up cutting about 10cm of the printed image, bit of a waste! (and luckily I was making the frame myself...)2) There where lots of little black 'particles' (not sure what it was, looked like wood) which had stuck to the printed side. Probably, having the canvas rolled up for some time didn't help. They were not easily brushed off and I had to use a sharp hobby knife to get them all off (luckily it didn't damage the canvas)All in all, pretty happy with the final product but on first look I was, for a moment, ready to send it back.

| What were some of the worst things about dealing with us? | | Okay... being very fussy here (you asked for it). I have dealt with a couple of small printing companies, they weren't bad, good products (not great shipping), uninteresting websites (gives you the impression of a very small business), but really knowledgeable and very much wanting to figure out what you wanted (e.g. very 'personal'). But,... they were also expensive.Genius has a fantastic website, great price, good product, knowledgeable staff. It is all good but it sort of gives a feeling that you are printing millions of canvases per day, just not very 'personal'. I did ask some online questions but never heard anything, which also doesn't help with the 'personal' thing. You may not be after the entire 'personal' thing but you could easily add a page with some info on the company and staff (perhaps you have one but I didn't see it).

| Any other comments? | | 1) It perhaps should be easier to navigate to you price lists.2) Since you already have lots of information on your site why not some more, especially on image resolution. Your 100dpi cut-off may well apply to most of your prints but as far as I am aware it also depends on how big the print is and how you will look at is (e.g. large print, always seen from some distance, lower res. may work). I think, there is also something on how the image need to be slightly distorted to compensate for canvas stretch... that sort of stuff... could be interesting. So, a sort of 'advanced info' page for those of us who have too much time on our hands.
