Please provide comments regarding your above answer:		I stuffed up the file I sent you, the colors and size were incorrect because my computer wasn't calibrated properly making the image skin tone orange (umpa lumpaish) and picture a bit elongated, appart from my error everything was perfect :)

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?		I placed another order recently which had a problem with the flie I sent, your people were able to accomidate this immediately with no hassles at all. I like that you have various delivery and payment options too this is very convinient especially when ordering interstate.

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?		I can't think of anything negative

Any other comments?		Well, I think you should be aware that many peoples computers are not set up to view proofs. Often the aspect ratio may appear to be correct but isn't and worse still the 'color profile' that people use (Kodak RGB, Adobe 1953 etc) has a huge bearing on the end product. All in all it was my error and I learnt alot from it. Some information on how to set up computers aspect ratios and colour profiles correctly on your site would be good to see, but thats being over the top

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?		First time I tried to upload photos I had major problems. Was nice to receive an email explaining that you had system problems.

Any other comments?		Will definitely use this service again and recommend to friends.
