Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  I have not seen the print as it was delivered as a gift but the reciever was overwhelmed. Being able to talk to Tom on the phone was also a great help when placing the order.

Would have liked to recieve a call when order was placed just to go through the order and print and suggestions or advice about the print would have made it more reassuring that what we hade ordered will work out ok!

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  easy, fast and painless
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  to be honest I can't fault it. I uploaded the pic, it was enhanced within 24hours and the print arrived within the week. Maybe if anything the turn around could be faster but I am not sure that it's possible from what I know of the printing process.
Any other comments?  Will recommend to others & use you guys again without hesitation.
