What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Prompt turnaround times and informative website
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  The emailed invoice I received was a little hard to follow. I requested a hard proof of my image -the itemised cost for this was listed on the invoice, however it ended up not being included in the grand total

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Colour matching fantastic. Editing at home on a calibrated system and then proofing with the profile ended with printed colour very close to the screen colour. Superb.

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Courteous service. Speed.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  I'm actually struggling! - this is unusual. I even like that you aren't in a big shop/warehouse (although I'm tipping the business may outgrow your current premises!).
Any other comments?  Fantastic quality product with service to match. I will be recommending and using you again.

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  excellent online tool and regular communication by email and text
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  ambiguity on charges. A urgent order was suggested as Friday delivery when submitted Monday night but was completed Thursday so I wonder whether a regular service could have done the trick by Friday as initially requested without incurring extra costs?

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  The final product was a bit flat. This was due to the sample being too dark. However I understand this was not to be avoided. I tried to download the profile on your site but get errors when I tried to extract the files from the zipped folder.

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  I loved that you coould see online how the photo will look including the wrapping. This service was not offered at the other places I have used.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Just the profile not working online. It would have given me a better idea of the final exposure of the print.
Any other comments?  The most important thing is that the client was satisfied with the outcome. I will use you again.
