| What were some of the worst things about dealing with us? | | Phoned to discuss possibly receiving the canvas earlier as per the email: 'Let us know if you need it sooner and we'll let you know what we can do.If you have any questions please contact us at any time.' But I felt like when I called to discuss that I was an inconvenience & that the reception on the call did not match the friendly, helpful style of the emails or website. I understand they were busy, but that was the only 'physical' contact I had with Genius Printing & I was a little put off.
