Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Accurate description of service times supplied by email; had no need to contact the team but felt it would have been straightforward to do so.

If yes, what made you decide to purchase through us?  
What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Information on the website, straightforward ordering process, great product. Felt you would go to extra lengths to make sure I was happy. Will use again.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  If I wanted to upload a large image, consider the options and then sleep on it... well I couldn't find a way of 'saving' that image without uploading it again, if I wanted to close my browser session at all. The ideal system would be one like that of Photobox (UK) where you can store your images online. I know Photobox is geared towards general photo printing and image sharing, but if you cold have some sort of 'gallery' (even a temporary one) to store uploaded images that would be fab.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  The canvas is high quality and great. Prices are great, the colour is amazing. I only have 2 small issues, but other than that, it looks great. There were 2 small marks on the canvas, about 1cm wide and 5cm where it looks like something brushed up against the canvas when it was drying. My customer did not notice this, however I did. Also being 54' it will require 2 hanging hooks as there is a piece of timber in the centre. Perhaps there is a better way to do this. Perhaps vertical pieces at 3rd points and then connect the hanging wire to that. This would require only one hanging point on a wall.

I would have liked constant feedback on where it was however whenever logged into the courier page, it just stated it was between perth and melbourne. Tom has called

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  The quality of the product for the price. You also called me straight away when I emailed a query, thats good for service today, usually you'd just get an email.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Be Fussy really? Okay. Look everything was great, if I could improve on things it would be this. 1. I have huge files, way over 50mb and I need to send them to you on a cd. This takes time. 2. The courier service could be better. 3. Its really just the time it takes to get the canvas, but I don't see there being any way around that.
Any other comments?  People that reviewed the canvas were stunned.
