What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Constant communication with where the process was up to, found this to be great as this was a present and was good to know if would arrive on time
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Honestly nothing-I have already recommended to my friends!

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Very good quality canvas prints. The canvas sizes where a little bigger then expected, but not a big issue.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Great customer service. Spoke to Melissa a couple of times and was very friendly and helpful.

If yes, what made you decide to purchase through us?  
What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Easy of use. Friendly and helpful staff. Good products at competitive price.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Was not 100% clear how to select if you wanted just the canvas print (i.e not framed) at first. Also as was getting just the canvas print and using our own frame, underestimated the size of the print, wasn't 100% sure of actual printed area of canvas. May have just been my poor understanding more then anything though. Measurements in inches.
Any other comments?  Keep up the good work. will use you again (indeed have already recommended you to a friend). Do you guys print from old 35mm film or even rarer APS film? Have a number of photos that sadly are non-digitalised.

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  The ability to see what the canvas would look like prior to placing the order, clear explanation of the process, costs etc and the ease of the entire process.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  No complaints.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  The canvas turned out just as I had hoped and was a good representation of the image uploaded. The finish was also of a high standard.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  I found your service, including the excellent and very easy to use website, and email and phone communications to be highly professional, fast and responsive.
Did you look at other companies for your printing?  Yes
If yes, what made you decide to purchase through us?  
What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  The speed of the turnaround, and the professional manner in which you kept me updated on the progress of my order.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  The only gripe was with Startrack express delivered the canvas a day behind the eta, despite it being loaded on a delivery truck on the right day. It appears they drove round all day with it and then took it back to the depot. BTW delivery address was only a couple of minutes from the CBD of Adelaide.
Any other comments?  Congratulations on an excellent service, I will certainly recommend you and would happily use your services again.

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Some technical terms were a bit baffling which sent me to other pages for definitions, but we got there in the end.

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Prompt replies to emailed questions. Helpful emails regarding shipping times and delivery dates
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  I was very happy with the process and the finished product. If anything a little too much of the picture was wrapped around my canvas. Minor but if i had the choice i would have liked less of the photo to be lost from the front of the canvas.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  the website is amazing...i felt like i knew everything about canvas printing and i loved the print preview page when i was ordering the canvases...it was good to see how the end product would look and the pages loaded very quickly so i could go back and forth and change the position of the photo very quickly!

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  website, and personal service...like a phone call and follow up emails
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  to be honest nothing at this point in time..sorry!
Any other comments?  this was one of the easiest things i've done over the internet and it all worked out to plan up to the final step...i'm very satisfied!
