What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  Not being able to go backwards once you reached the check-out stage without re-entering everything. Wanted to upgrade the quality of the canvas but couldn't do it without starting again so decided not to bother.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Colours came out far more accurately than other printers I have used. Really loved the matte laminate too, the gloss looks so tacky to me from other suppliers.

Please provide comments regarding your above answer:  Was a little confused through the ordering process but had it all clarified on pick up. Looking forward to future business, will definitely be ordering on an ongoing basis.

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  really just my confusion in ordering. i wanted gallery wrap, but i had made my image larger beyond the face size so as the picture was stretched in size itself. anyway, a phone call from you guys sorted it from your end, and an explanation for future ordering sorted it from my end! When I stretched the canvas I could see the colour seperates and cracks from using my canvas pliers so was a little nervous about how fragile the visible canvas would be for the client. from my end i wasn't worried about how it looked as the back is covered with the framing tape and was only minor anyway.
