| What were some of the worst things about dealing with us? | | The website had a javascript error on upload of my images. The upload took a while and I had no idea whether the javascript error had aborted the whole process or whether my images were still being uploaded. If I am to be fussy, I did email info@geniusprinting.com.au about this and no one responded to me - which made me wonder about the importance of my business and nearly took my business to Harvey Normans. I decided to try the upload again on Saturday morning before doing that and luckily I got interrupted/distracted by the kids while attempting to upload an image. By the time I had returned it had worked successfully. The answer to my javascript query had been solved and you got my business.Being an IT professional myself, I know that providing feedback to user during the the upload of large files in a web based environment can be problematic. I would like to see that feedback mechanism introduced into your site. I know how to do that using .NET technologies but not in the PHP world so I can't offer you suggestions.One last point. I didn't like your payment handling. Having run my own web based business I know this can be painful as well. In my case I ran an australian based business that transacted with clients only in the US. I jumped through all the hoops to become a merchant with the CBA only to find that I could not transact natively in US dollars. As such I had to resort to using PayPal which gave me a disjointed order processing payment model similar to the one you have. The ease of becoming a merchant with one of the banks and therefore enabling you to transact seamlessly will depend on how much money/transactions you put through, which in turns determines the rates they give you and ultimately the cost/benefit of doing so. There are also other costs associated such as an SSL certificate and depending on your hosting setup there can be costs associted there.

I have not taken the time to add those comments to be an asshole but it is my honest feedback and I hope that has valuable to you.Using Genius Printing has been a very satisfying experience. I love the end results produced and I will definiately recommend your service to my friends and give you my business in the future.
