Please provide comments regarding your above answer:		The system for placing orders is simple and easy to use, yet very powerful. I have been very impressed with the couple of times that I have used your service and will definately use you again.

Did you look at other companies for your printing?		Yes

If yes, what made you decide to purchase through us?		Previous experience with you and the power and useability of your online ordering system. In addition, I haven't been able to find any other company that does the mirrored edges on the canvas prints. (which i think is great).

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?		Your online ordering system. Your excellent notification or order progress and followup.

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?		The colouration of the new canvas compared to a previous one is different. the one had done about 3 years ago looks like it has a sepia affect on the black and white print. Not sure if this is a fading issue or not, but I'm really happy with how they look together anyway!

Any other comments?		Love your service, have heaps of prints that I would love to do, but just need the $$$ to do it :)

What were some of the best things about dealing with us?		Quick turn-around.

What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?		Thought i had placed the order and included an airbag shipping arrangement, but ended up being put on a truck. Unfortunately i did not pick this up until the package was already in transit.

Any other comments?		Was extremely happy with the final product. Very easy to use web interface to setup canvas prints etc. Great customer service.
