10 04am to make sure i had done order correctly, i spoke to a man who was very rude and abrupt and told me you had only been open for 4 minutes, and i dont think he could be bothered with me, he said he would send me a proof in 1/2hr, he never did, i rang again at 12.30pm and got a lovely helpful person who completed everything by the 1pm deadline for me to receive by friday which i did on thursday, had i not already paid by paypal the day before i wouldnt have bothered to complete the order

This wasnt a huge issue because it didnt touch the artwork itself (or the 2cm border) but merely the excess paper.

The smaller ones were fine.
