Delivery then ended up coming only 1 day late rather than 2 or 3 days late as expected.

I had to restart the order 3 times because an error occurred and I couldn't get the link to access the 'saved' orders because your office was closed, so I had to start all over again each time! Very painful! Also, the 'temperature' discount was 36% when I first started the order in the middle of the day, and by the time I finally finished (my 3rd attempt) the discount was only 30%. However I made mention of this when I placed the order and you honoured the 36% discount which was good.

When it was discovered that my delivery was late, you made attempts to track it down for me, and at some point the decision was made, by genius, to reprint my order and send it out express mail, which I received the very next day. All of this effort now means that I have a present under the tree for my daughter. THANK YOU! As I said it was christmas and I understand the pressure that the delivery people were under, but rather than just blame them and not care, genius printing made it their problem and went above and beyond to ensure it never became my problem. I have read that if delivery is late you will hand over a $10 voucher, please don't, I don't want it, what has been done for me truly has been enough.... THANK YOU!
