We can, free of charge, correct the 'levels' and 'white balance'.
'Levels' is a term used to describe how bright or dark an image is. Most images should have some absolute black in them as well as some absolute white. If your image doesn't, it may be slightly under or over exposed. Correcting the levels will ensure that there's absolute black and absolute white in the image and spread everything in between in a way to get the best results.
'White Balance' is a term used to describe how pure the whites are in the image. If your image has a colour cast (it looks too blue, or too red for example), then correcting the white balance will remove that cast. Some images look better with a colour cast so correcting the white balance may not result in a better image.
Just select the correction you want and click on 'update proof images' to see what it looks like.
