What's the Ordering Process? |

Upload your file in the Smart Uploader
The Smart Uploader will guide through the ordering process. It will analyse your image, check the DPI and suggest frame sizes based on the proportions of your image.

View the online proof
During ordering you will get to see exactly how your image will look in the various wrapping types. You then select a wrap and approve the proof. You can add notes to your order that we'll read before printing your canvas. Lastly you can pay for your order by entering your credit card details into our secure system. Once submitted, we email you a confirmation.

We confirm your order and print
We then print, laminate, stretch and attach wire to your canvas, ready to hang. We send you an email (and an SMS if you like), letting you know the order has shipped. We ship all canvases in a layer of bubble wrap and two layers of cardboard, just to be sure.

You provide feedback
Once you've received your canvas, we invite you to complete a 10-question feedback survey. We read and act on every piece of feedback and make regular changes based on your feedback.

We send you up to a $10 voucher
As a way of saying thank you for completing feedback, we send you up to a $10 voucher for your next canvas purchase, which you can keep for yourself or pass on to a friend (some conditions apply).
