What were some of the best things about dealing with us?  Rapid response to questions, personal service, easy to use website and order system.
What were some of the worst things about dealing with us?  The only tiny problem I had was adjusting my proof online - the up/down buttons didn't seem to work quite right and I couldn't move right or left... But I was using a mac, and that often messes with things I try and do online!!!
