Genius Printing provides a full suite of services.
All your questions can be answered by reading our website, you can chat to our live support staff, or call us to ask questions about our products and services. All options such as scanning, low DPI upsizing, etc are available through us.
However, if the answer to your question isn't on our website or you want to do something that the Smart Uploader (our online ordering system) can't do, then it's likely you'll need our specialist arm, Tonal Reproductions.
Tonal Reproductions, delivers the kind of service quality that specifically fits the needs of professional photographers, digital artists, and individual customers who are very particular about value and quality. Tonal Reproductions offers extensive personalised support to professional clients, as well as additional options to choose from when you submit your order for canvas prints.
When it comes to image manipulation, Tonal Reproductions offers professional recommendations on top of the minor changes we apply to standard printing services by Genius Printing. We carefully analyse the specifications you make in your orders and our graphic designers will provide their expert opinion on how you may further maximise the impact of your prints. Tonal Reproduction allows professional customers to order canvas prints in any size they might require.

Our Smart Uploader will show you an instant online proof. This will show exactly where your image will wrap around the frame, in the various wrapping options.
If you don't like the proof, you can change your options or submit your order with as many notes as you like.

In addition to the online SmartProof, the Professional Service gives you the ability to engage our designers to do specific image work for you.

Sometimes, on a stretched canvas, a custom wrap is required. For example, a Genius Wrap™ may work well for all but the top edge of the image. In this case we'd manually create the wrap for the best result.

Image manipulation

|
As part of the ordering process, you can select any or all of the following options for no extra cost:
- convert to black & white
- convert to sepia
- convert to pencil sketch
- adjust brightness / contrast
- adjust colour balance
- straighten horizon lines
- remove red-eye, date stamps, noticeable scratches
- brighten dark areas of the image
- move your image around the printed area

Image manipulation

In addition to the image manipulation options as part of the Standard level of service, our graphic designers will double-check your selections and make advanced manual changes such as adjusting the colour levels, if required.
We can also quote on touching up portions of the image, or performing any creative work you ask for.
If there's anything you didn't ask for that we think is a good idea, we'll run it by you first and then do that as well.

While we have 10 basic stretched canvas sizes, you may select any frame size you like from 6" to 84".
You can order just the canvas, unstretched so you can stretch it yourself.

Stretched Canvas Frames - Standard
|

We use only , that does not leach tannins (tannic acid). We also use bevelled stretcher bars to make sure the frames don't create a visible impression on your canvas.

|
|
|
While the Standard Service offers Heavy Duty (3.2cm thick) frames, you also get the option of 2cm profile or even 4cm profile Cedar bars.

Calibrate your colour

You can download our custom colour profiles and use them to view a 'soft proof' in software like Adobe Photoshop.
