Important to us is what you think of your order once you've received it.
After you've received you order, we ask you to answer a 2 minute survey to provide us with feedback. Once you've completed the survey, we will send you a voucher to the value of 10% of your order, up to a maximum of $10. There are some condition, see below. This voucher can be used with your next order. That's up to $10 for every order that you provide feedback on. Alternatively, you can give the voucher to someone else and if they redeem the voucher, we'll send you another voucher!
And just so you know, we put that feedback, unedited and immediately on our website. Whether it's positive or negative we put it up for the world to see because we know that we look after our customers 150% - and you should know that too.
To be eligible for the voucher after submitting feedback, the order for which you provided feedback must:
- be a full price order (no discounts applied).
- Not have any referral fees payable to a third party
- The 10% is calculated on the canvas price only. Delivery costs, payment fees, etc are not used in the 10% calculation.
